Hi folks,
I became aware of a promising web resource in a class recently. You can click the link above.
This site enables you to browse through different issues and then become involved through various options:
- joining a community,
- donating, or
- taking action
I've found it really helpful to be able to quickly see what initiatives for change are out there, under "actions" on specific issues. And I'm looking forward to utilizing this with students by bringing it up in programming conversations and potentially utilizing it in educational judicial sanctions.

Change.org is awesome. I worked with them when they first started up and they have grown tremendously. They are also mainly youth run which is amazing.
